Little Blog Big World

Were does the little everyday blogger stand in such a large world of experienced blogger's. Well that is for you to decide, your blog will only progress and grow if you help it do so. Let us use my blog for example, its small and scattered and does not provide much material for its readers. Does that keep me from wanting to add post on a daily basis and trying to generate some sort of reader fan base? No it simply makes me stronger and it will reflect in my blog. You have to provide content that is going to attract the readers and make them want more. Who cares if you are only getting 5 impressions a day from your blog. Who cares if no one is leaving comments on your post. As long as you are trying to improve your blog then there is nothing else you can do. The readers will come if you keep it real and stay away from changing who you are and what your purposes were when you started the blog. There are a number of blog's out there you can tell the writer is simply trying to grab the "Traffic" instead of being themselves and staying true to who they are. So can the little bloggers compete with the big boys? Sure they can just stay true to yourself and your readers and people will notice that and respect that. So many fakes in this damn world no sense to join the crowd.

We Need Rain!

Two years in a row we are experiencing extremely dry springs not a very good way to start the summer. Normally this time of year you are doing everything you can to keep the grass from not piling up when you mow one time a week. Instead the grass shows no kind of life as it wilts away in the hot summer sun. Weird just a few post ago I complained about dealing with the weekly chore of keeping the yard groomed. Now five days later it looks like any sign of flame would set the country side ablaze. I can say that it wont hurt my feelings to park the Deere since the gas prices have reached over $3.00 a gallon in the Tennessee Valley. Maybe I should takes Moe's advice, make up some business cards grab the rake and weed wacker and clean out those gutters and brush away from peoples homes for a couple of Benjamins a week. Just gonna get even hotter, so park the mower grab the cooler and head on down to the watering hole. Hit the ole rope swing on the and let the good times roll Yeehaw!

Ipod or Mp3

Thats the big decision. Video and music or just music? In todays market there is so many different makes and models. So witch one do you spend your money on? Anything that you could put your very own picks music wise on and strut around listening to your favorite beat would work. Now there is not anyreason to just go out and waste your money when really there is not to much to know and understand about mp3's. Memory size referd to as Megabytes or Gigabytes is all you really need to know. They make a 512mb mp3s that are tiny and under $40 now adays, but you are only going to fit about 500 songs on there. That Might sound like alot. Its not soon as you get set up and downloading songs as fast as they come to your head you will have that filled up in no time. That is a good figure you can keep in your head when you go out looking for that new mp3 player. Just remember that it takes 1,000 mb to make 1gb. Meaning if a 512 mb player will hold 500 songs roughly then a 1gb will hold around 1,000 songs. I prefer the Ipod it will play mp3 and mp4

Summer Time Grass Mowing Blues

Ok so Last summer I bought a brand new riding lawnmower. John Deere to be specific, Ok what was I thinking. With almost 2 acres to mow. It roughly takes me 2 hours with almost 2 gallons of gasoline. Guess me having the Typical Man attitude, I couldn't imagine paying someone to mow the lawn for me. As I sit down and do the math from the time it takes me to do it, all the way to the money it cost in gasoline and up keep on the mower. I would have saved money. Just think I could be off with the family and come home to a fresh mowed and trimmed yard. Guess It will just be another lessoned learned. Maybe next time I'll really think about cost and time before I just wip out the wallet! On a lighter note my soon will become mowing age soon, So guess I will have a mower!

Money Online

Ok So for the last 2 days I have been reading all I could possibly find out how people are making a living online. Some may know but I recently quit my job. Were I waisted the past 6 years of my life. I was so aggrevated everyday, I would get angry and hateful while I was getting ready to leave to go in. I think there is nothing worse then having to go into a job you absolutley hate. So finally I just had enough and called it quits. Now I find myself jobless with 2 kids and a wife that stays at home. Ive came close to buying one of those books you see all over the web. Instead I have searched over and over and found Alot of good information on different areas of making money online. In the Next few months I am going to apply some of the things I learned with the Ideas that run thru my head. Who knows what I will beable to come up with. Stay focused and calm, dont let big expectations get me down. Who knows might turn out to be something that could be alot of fun. I am no genius at all nor am I a computer wiz. I am a regular ole hillbilly with big ole dreams!
